VICTORIA: Prime Model Management was started in 2007 as a scouting agency. In the beginning, we were sсouting for several agencies in Paris. After that, we started to work with agencies around the world.
How does Prime Models set itself apart from other agencies?
We try not to compare ourselves with other agencies. We are just doing our best. But of course, there some top agencies around the world that are good examples for us.
What qualities must every successful model possess?
The most important qualities are a sense of purpose and a strong character.
What do you look for in prospective models?
Aside from the right look, the model must have charisma.
Which new face are you most excited about in the industry?
I watch Kendall Jenner’s career development.
How do you think social media has changed modeling?
With social media, scouting is much easier than it was. We don’t have to travel as much to look for new faces.
What's the most important part of being a successful model?
To be a successful model you have to constantly develop yourself. Your figure, your hair and skin need to be in perfect condition. Other than that, you have to be a positive person, be and friendly to people you are working with.
What is the agency's biggest responsibility towards its models?
The biggest responsibility of a model’s mother agency is to develop their models and to pay attention to the conditions of each contract.
Where do you normally discover your talents?
We have a modeling school and also do scouting to discover new talents.
What's next for Prime Models?
We are developing all the time. Each season, we try to do more and more. We always try to book more models for big shows and big clients.
