It’s official. Supermodel and Victoria’s Secret Angel Gisele Bundchen will retire from the runway for good. Her representative and sister Patricia Bundchen released an official statement saying, “Gisele will focus on special projects and also spending more time on her number one priority: her family. She is already cutting back on catwalk appearances and will bid adieu to shows in her own country during the Colcci brand presentation at Sao Paulo Fashion Week.”

While the fashion world is sad to see the 34-year-old retire, we can still admire her extensive and extremely successful modeling career. Gisele became one of the first Victoria’s Secret Angels in 2000, and has become the face that will forever be associated with the brand. Millions have tuned in to watch the supermodel take the stage for Victoria’s Secret, but what many don’t get to see is what happens when Gisele is off the runway.
