Awards Season at Fashion One

The 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards, hosted for the third time by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, brought out stars from the big and small screen, dressed to the nines in the most glamorous gowns and suits from the world’s top designers.

Actors Amy Adams, Michael Keaton, Julianne Moore, Matt Bomer, Eddie Redmayne and director Richard Linklater were among those who walked away with awards.

Sean Penn proved again how committed he is to charity as he hosted the 4th Annual Sean Penn & Friends HELP HAITI HOME Gala. Reese Witherspoon, Salma Hayek, Adrian Brody, Ben Stiller, former president Bill Clinton and Charlize Theron attended the event to show their support. The organization raised USD 6 million during the event.

Stars came out from all over Hollywood to sip tea and raise money at the 2015 BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party. Steve Carell revealed that he never passes up an opportunity to partake in tea and scones.

Burberry Prorsum showcased their upcoming menswear collection for autumn/winter 2015 during the recent London Collections: Men events across the city of London.

The day before the Oscar nominees were announced, the Golden Raspberry Awards, called the Razzies for short, revealed the worst in film for 2014. Transformers: Age of Extinction racked up a total of seven nominations.

The 87th Academy Awards nominations caused a lot of buzz, and Birdman and The Grand Budapest Hotel picked up nine nominations each. This year’s show will be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris.
