Eva Mendes Gives Birth to Baby Girl!

US Weekly reports that after one of the most undercover pregnancies ever, Hollywood actress Eva Mendes (40) is said to have given birth to a baby girl on Friday, September 12. So far no information on the baby's name or vital stats has been revealed.

During an appearance in The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this year, Mendes denied all kinds of pregnancy buzz. “It's so ridiculous. It all started because I didn't want to go through the scanners at the airport. You know those X-ray scanners, which are really creepy? They basically see you naked, right? And not only that, but there's a radiation aspect to it, so I always opt out,” she said.

In July, rumors were afloat that Mendes – who made her last red carpet appearance back in February – and longtime boyfriend Ryan Gosling (33) were not only expecting a child together, but that the Hitch actress was already seven months along. Although the couple never officially confirmed those rumors, paparazzi photos showed Mendes clearly covering up her belly when in public.

The two superstars started dating in late 2011, after starring together in The Place Beyond the Pines.
