Dennis Basso knows how to throw a good party. It was designer's 30th anniversary and the backstage place to be this season sure was with him.The house was packed and Joan Rivers,Martha Stewart, Star Jones and Carol Alt were right by his side while preparing for the show. This fantastic collection was inspired by the American woman with style. His vision was to take an "Americano" look and make it for an international woman. If I would have to use only one word to describe this collection it would be LUXURIOUS! Each piece he showed on the runway would make any type of woman look like a Hollywood star. Classic glamor was presented in many colors of fur, leather and sheer evening gowns with gorgeous embroidery. Happy 30th Mr.Basso!
